After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
Exchange your voucher for activity:
Please contact Superior Watersports at least 24 hours prior to your desired tour date to reserve your tour date and time. The customer service phone number and email address will appear on your voucher(s). Pick-up from select hotels outside of Lucaya are available and transportation can be arranged also when you call. You can also go directly to the Port Lucaya Marina address listed on your voucher 15 minutes prior to departure. Please present voucher(s) and photo identification upon check-in at the Port Lucaya Marina.
